Detectives with the Delaware State Police are asking the public’s help in finding suspected thief Luis A. DeJesus Jr.

Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier said DeJesus, 31, is wanted in connection with a jewelry theft that took place between March 30 and April 27. During that time he was working for an area painting company; sometime during that period he was at a home on Cripple Creek Run, Milton, and allegedly took some jewelry. The jewelry later was pawned at a Dover-area pawn shop, Fournier said.

DeJesus is thought to be in the Dover or Magnolia area, he added.

DeJesus is wanted on charges of theft over $1,500, selling stolen property, theft by false pretense, and falsifying business records.
