Troopers with the Delaware State Police are looking for the person who fired three shots into a parked car outside of Dover.

Division spokesman Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale said at about 9:45 p.m. Saturday, July 15 at the Generals Greene apartments in the 300 block of Billy Mitchell Lane, the victims were inside a black Kia Sorento when someone fired into the car. The three immediately drove off, but the Kia stopped working in the area of Bay Road and Del. Route 10.

None of the occupants, a 24-year-old man, a 22-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman, were hurt, Hale said.

Detectives have no description of the suspected assailant or information about  the weapon.
