The victim was walking her dog when she was accosted by three men

Detectives with the Delaware State Police are investigating the robbery of a woman in the Paris Villa development.

Division spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier said the incident took place at about 8:40 p.m. Thursday, May 18 in the area of Plum Drive and Apple Run, Magnolia

The woman told police she was walking her dog when three men came up to her. One of them ripped open a plastic bag in which she was carrying her money; when the cash fell to the ground, they scooped it up and ran away.

The woman and her dog were not hurt, Fournier said.

The three suspects were described two black men and one white man, around 5 feet 8 inched to 5 feet 10 inches tall. They did not appear to be armed, Fournier said.
