The Cannabis Bureau of Delaware will host the town hall discussion on taxing a regulating cannabis.

The Cannabis Bureau of Delaware will host the town hall discussion on taxing a regulating cannabis from 7 to 9 p.m. Oct. 25 at the Camden Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3238, 166 Old Camden Road.

The moderator will be Susan Monday, talk show host and journalist. The panel will include retired MSP Maj. Neill Franklin, executive director of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition; Sarah Bargas, registered nurse; Tom Donovan, criminal defense attorney; Zoe Patchell, co-chair of Cannabis Bureau of Delaware; Kim Petters, veteran; and Dan Schmink, veteran.

The discussion will raise awareness about the harms of cannabis prohibition, pitfalls of prohibition facing police and veterans and benefits of creating a legal, regulated market for ages 21 and older.
