The Caesar Rodney School District has promoted three administrators, including two moving up to replace recently retired administrators. Caesar Rodney Director of Human Resources David Perrington has been promoted, among others, to assistant superintendent to replace. Dr. Lou Ann Carlson. She retired Wednesday.
