Three Dover men, identified as Shakil Miller, 21, Jon Henry, 20, and Corey Harris, 19, have been indicted by a federal grand jury on a charge of conspiring to provide false information on a federal firearms license, said U.S. Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Kimberlyn Reeves.Miller also was charged with providing false information to a federal firearms licensee, Reeves said.
