With schools, state offices and numerous businesses closed, kids and adults took time to dig out and have some fun Feb. 8.
In Dover, sledders flocked to Silver Lake Park for a few runs down the hill. But some folks, like the custodial staff at Central Middle School, plugged away at the school's snow covered driveways and sidewalks.
