The Delaware Division of Public Health and the Delaware Department of Education announced that the H1N1 School Vaccination Program will begin next week. H1N1 flu nasal spray vaccine will be administered to Delaware elementary public school students with parental permission this week; in future weeks, some older students will receive the injectable version of vaccine.

The following is a list of vaccination dates for Kent County schools:

Monday, Nov. 2
Capital School District: Booker T Washington Elementary and East Dover Elementary
Lake Forest School District: Lake Forest Central Elementary, Lake Forest ILC and Lake Forest East Elementary

Wednesday, Nov. 4
Capital School District: Fairview Elementary and Hartly Elementary
Smyrna School District: Sunnyside Elementary and North Smyrna Elementary
 
Thursday, Nov. 5
Lake Forest School District: Lake Forest South Elementary

Schedules are subject to change based on vaccine availability or issues affecting delivery of service
