   Announcements will be printed on a space-available basis. Please include you email address and phone number so a proof of the announcement can be sent to you before it prints.

   If desired, a photo may be submitted to accompany the announcement. Photos should be clear, close up, color or black and white and may be 35mm or high-resolution digital images. Photocopied, faxed, blurry, computer-printed and cell phone images do not reproduce well and will not be accepted. Print photos may be picked up at the Dover Post's office after the announcement has printed.

   All announcement photos are printed in black and white, no exceptions.

   Digital images may be emailed to maureen.raitz@doverpost.com. Print photos may be mailed to Dover Post, 609 E. Division St., Dover, DE 19903, or dropped off at the same address. To have an image mailed back, be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
