The Downtown Dover Partnership’s “First Friday,” set for July 3, will feature a host of musical entertainment, work by local and regional artists, appraisals of antiques, information to help teens cope, as well as the Delaware Tech Dance Step Team performing throughout town.
Events are free of charge and the public is invited to attend from 5 to 7 p.m.

Beyond Dimensions, 59 S. Governors Ave. — Musician Marius Sanders, classical violin, Firs State Strings.
Bel Boutique, 115 N. Loockerman St. — Musican Michelle White, “Remnant Sounds” on saxophone.
Bell, Book and Candle, 115 W. Loockerman St. — Bring your drums and other instruments and join the drumming circle.
Biggs Museum, 406 Federal St. — Enjoy festive Fourth of July fare and be one of the first to see the works by this year’s Delaware Division of the Arts Individual Artist Fellows, free of charge, 4 to 7 p.m.
Blue Hen Auction, 9 W. Loockerman St. — Auctioneer Eric Wilke will offer free antique appraisals on up to three pieces.
Delaware Made General Store, 32 W. Loockerman St. — Artist Linda Chatfield will exhibit and demonstrate plein air painting.
Dover Art League, 21 W. Loockerman St. — Musician Gary Clinton on guitar performing bluegrass and blues.
Dover Fire House Museum, 135 S. Governors Ave. — First State Strings musicians Katie White and Megan Bell will perform flute and violin music. The museum will be open for touring featuring relics and photographs from Dover’s early firefighting days to present.
Dover Newsstand, 25 W. Loockerman St. — Friends of Folk musician Rick Hudson on guitar.

For Dreamers Gallery, 743 S. Governors Ave. — First State Strings musician Aaron Taylor will perform classical guitar.

The Center for Mental Wellness, 121 W. Loockerman St. — Kayla Hamilton, Miss Delaware’s Perfect Teen, with a focus on “Teens Coping with Loss” and “Teen Depression.”
