The University of Delaware will host a three part class titled "Dining with Diabetes" from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Feb. 23, March 1 and March 8 at its Cooperative Extension Paradee Center, located at 69 Transportation Circle.
Participants, assisted by a dietician, will learn how to cope with diabetes, watch cooking demonstrations and taste diabetes-friendly recipes as well as take home readings from each class.
The cost for course is $45.
