Delaware Technical Community College will hold its annual Upward Bound Appreciation Celebration from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 19 at Delaware Tech’s Corporate Training Center, 100 Campus Drive in Dover.
The Upward and Bound Appreciation Celebration aims to help prepare local young adults for higher education.
62 students and their parents will be in attendance this year.
