The event gets underway with artisans and musicians located throughout the business district. All events are free and from 5 to 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted. The Honeycombs will play fro 6 to 8 p.m. Most venues provide light refreshments.

FEDERAL STREET
Biggs Museum of American Art — Take the new self-guided “History of Costume” tour through the museum’s permanent galleries. Staff will be available to answer questions. Light refreshments will be provided, free admission. 2 to 4 p.m.

LOOCKERMAN STREET
Bel Boutique
Bell, Book & Candle — Indie rock by Wayne McDermott on guitar, singer Aaron Chaz and Dr. Jeffery Gibson on keyboard
Delaware Made General Store
Dover Art League — Jewelry stringing demo featuring artisan Gila Jennings and others; new works by DAL members
Dover News Stand — Psychic Krissy Deskiewicz who will provide tarot card readings for $10; Tommy Little, Esq. discussing his book “A Warrior’s Tale” and his near-death experience
Forney’s — Jewelry artisan Luminitia Hamilton will discuss and display her jewelry
Forney’s Too — Book signing by children’s book author Christy Shaffer, who also will have her prints and original works. Schaffer has 42 books published by Dover Publications; jewelry artisan Jennifer Bowmen will display her work
Partners in Design — Local emerging artist Kate Huffman and classical guitarist Aaron Taylor
The Fashion Connection (Maxine’s New York Fashions, The Wedding Boutique and Top Notch Custom Sewing and Alterations)
XANADAVE’ — Dover’s newest gallery and frame shop; guests may register to win a free print.
