Harrington Police have arrested a Maryland man, charging him with a fourth DUI offense.

Officers responding to a domestic complaint call Sept. 2 spotted the suspect, identified as Ronald A. Enos, 41, of Greensboro, Md., driving at a high rate of speed, said police spokesman Sgt. Earl K. Brode.

Officers also noted that when he stopped, the brakes on his vehicle locked up.

Checking on the incident, police smelled alcohol on Enos’ person, performed a field test, then took him into custody. A computer check showed Enos had three prior DUI convictions, Brode said.

Enos was charged with fourth-offense DUI and driving at an unreasonable speed. He was ordered held at the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $10,100 secured bond.
