  • After an old swingset at Lulu Ross Elementary failed to meet safety codes, the school district decided to replace it with with a new model using money from the Minor Cap Fund.
School officials said that with growing enrollment at Ross and the requirement for 20 minutes of recess time, it’s important to provide adequate equipment.
School officials look forward to many more years of use for this equipment for students and community members who visit the playground after school hours.
