  • A Camden-Wyoming teen who ran away from home four months ago is being sought by Delaware State Police in an effort to return her to her family.
Tiffany T. Cornett, 17, last contacted relatives Aug. 8 by calling from a 7-Eleven store in Ocean City, Md., said Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
Tiffany left home of her own free will April 2. Fournier said.
She is described as a white girl standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She may have changed her hair color and style, and is known to fake a British accent.
Anyone with information about Tiffany’s whereabouts is asked to contact Det. A. Jones at (302) 741-2817. Tips also may be left by using the DSP Mobile Crime Tip app, available for download at www.Delaware.gov/apps.
Information also may be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333, via the Internet at www.tipsubmit.com, or by sending a text to 274637 (CRIMES), starting the message with the keyword “DSP.”
