Two men, identified as Keeno Exum and Dominique McFadden, have been arrested on heroin charges.
Two Dover men, identified as Keeno Exum, 31, and Dominique McFadden, 25, were arrested July 9 on various drug charges.
The case began July 8, when the Dover Police department’s Drug, Vice and Organized Crime Unit started a drug investigation at the Bayard Apartments at 200 W. Loockerman St., said police spokesman Lt. David Spicer. On that day, an undercover officer bought 14 bags of heroin from Exum; the following day the undercover officer tried to buy 26 bags from McFadden, Spicer said.
A search warrant was executed at McFadden’s apartment during which police found 104 bags of heroin that McFadden allegedly concealed within his underclothing. McFadden and Exum had been operating out of the same apartment, added Dover Police Department Public Information Officer Cpl. Mark Hoffman.
Both men were charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. McFadden also was charged with attempted delivery of heroin.
Exum was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, after failing to pay a $10,500 cash bond; McFadden was jailed in lieu of a $10,000 cash bond.
