  • A 28-year-old Harrington man is charged with theft and conspiracy after entering a state wildlife area after hours and allegedly stealing gasoline from a fuel tank at the McGinnis Pond Wildlife Area.
    Phillip A. Vilone was arrested on July 3 and is charged with theft under $1,500, third-degree conspiracy and entering a state wildlife area after hours following an investigation regarding a gasoline theft from a state-owned fuel tank.
    Vilone was arraigned and released on a $2,500 unsecured bond pending trial.
    Harrington residents David R. Vilone, 24, and Charles J. Potzer, 41, were previously arrested and charged on May 29 in connection with the gasoline theft.
