  • The Delaware Public Archives will host a program about the development of the space suit at International Latex Corporation to celebrate the 45th anniversary of America’s moon landing at 10:30 July 5 at 121 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard N., Dover.
    The program is presented by Bill Ayrey, who will explain the Apollo space suit and the impact it had on the Apollo program and the moon landing. Ayrey will also discuss the development of the space shuttle and space station suits as well as ILC Dover’s creation of the airbags that landed the rovers on Mars.
