A cornucopia of top-40 pop, classic and modern rock, plus more, is what one might hear at a Petting Hendrix concert.
While the band’s menu includes common cover-band fare like Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” and Guns-N-Roses “Sweet Child O Mine,” Petting Hendrix also cooks up jams that most bands don’t often play. That includes songs like Biz Markie’s “Just a Friend,” Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Higher Ground” and Pat Benetar’s “Hit Me with Your Best Shot.”
The high-energy Hendrix will be unleashed at The Green Stinger Sports Bar and Grill tonight. And you’ll be able to pet the band, but at your own risk.
