  • Three Harrington residents were arrested and charged for allegedly stealing gasoline from a state-owned fuel tank at the McGinnis Wildlife Area near Frederica.

  • Three Harrington residents were arrested and charged for allegedly stealing gasoline from a state-owned fuel tank at the McGinnis Wildlife Area near Frederica.
    Charles J. Potzer, 41, David R. Vilone, 24 and a third person were arrested in connection with the theft, according to DNREC officials.
    Potzer is charged with theft, third-degree conspiracy and illegally entering a wildlife area after hours. He was released on a $1,300 unsecured bond.
    Vilone is charged with theft, criminal mischief, third-degree conspiracy and illegally entering a wildlife area after hours. He was released on a $800 unsecured bond.
    The third suspect, whose name was not released, is charged with illegally entering a wildlife area after hours and was released on a $50 unsecured bond.
