The robbery took place at 6:48 a.m. May 13, at the Valero gas station at 1491 S. Dupont Highway, said division spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
Two men, one armed with an unknown type of long gun, came into the store, went up to the 34-year-old clerk and demanded cash and cigarettes. She complied with their demands, handing over an undisclosed amount of cash and multiple packs of cigarettes and cigars.
The two then fled in a gold-colored car with a black roof, driving southbound on South Governors Avenue.
The clerk was not injured, Fournier said.
