Alexis Alriche, 28, is wanted in connection with an April 21 shooting incident outside a local apartment complex, said police spokesman Cpl. Mark Hoffman.
The victim, Alriche’s girlfriend, reported the incident at 12:20 p.m., approximately 30 minutes after it took place.
According to the victim, she and Alriche had a verbal altercation outside the 100 building of the Clearfield Apartment on Haman Drive, Hoffman said. Alriche has an address on file at the apartment complex.
Alriche pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and fired three shots, narrowly missing her, the woman said.
He then fled in a tan Buick LeSabre with tinted windows and a temporary Delaware license plate, Hoffman said.
Alriche is described as a black man of Haitian descent, standing 6 feet tall with a thin build.
