Two Kent County women have been arrested in connection with the theft of two gold rings from a Dover home.
Delaware State Police detectives have arrested two women in conjunction with an April 16 burglary and theft.
Victoria L. Wells, 18, of the unit block of Harriet Street, Dover, and Karlee N. Muso, 19, of the 1100 block of Strauss Avenue, Marydel, were arrested the day after the break-ins.
According to the affidavit of probable cause issued by Justice of the Peace Court 7, the two women went to the victim’s home in Dover, broke out a window and stole two gold rings.
They then pawned the rings, receiving $75.
According to the affidavit, Muso accused Wells of committing the burglary and theft, although pawn shop records indicated Muso had made the sale.
Both women were charged with second-degree burglary, theft over $1,500, selling stolen property, second-degree conspiracy and criminal mischief.
They were released from custody on an $8,500 unsecured bond each.
