  • Delaware Tech Alum Culp, Pepper receive Distinguished Alumni Award

  • Dawn R. Culp and Terry L. Pepper received the Distinguished Alumni Award for the Charles L. Terry Campus of Delaware Technical Community College on April 3.

  • Dawn R. Culp and Terry L. Pepper received the Distinguished Alumni Award for the Charles L. Terry Campus of Delaware Technical Community College on April 3.
    The award is presented to alumni in recognition of excellence and outstanding achievements in their professional careers.
    Pepper is currently a policy advisor to Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland Security. He has also held several prominent positions including policy advisor/liaison to local governments for the Minner administration and executive director of Delaware Crime Stoppers.
    Culp is currently the Bayhealth Forensic Nurse Clinical Coordinator in Dover and is also a domestic violence consultant and a gang consultant. In addition, she has received several awards and achievements over the years, most recently Bayhealth Community Nurse of the Year 2013 and Delaware Nursing Association Finalist for Community Nurse of the Year 2013.
