Dover Police have arrested a second man in connection with an April 3 shooting.

Dover Police have arrested a second man in connection with the April 3 shooting on Spruance Road, Dover.

Robert Knox, 18, surrendered to police April 7, said police spokesman Cpl. Mark Hoffman.

Knox was charged with second-degree conspiracy and riot with planned use of a deadly weapon. He has been jailed at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond.
