State Police are looking for two sex offenders, Frank M. Young Jr. and Nicholas J. Pritchett, after learning the two had failed to re-register their addresses.
Police searching for missing sex offenders
Detectives with the Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit are looking for two fugitive sex offenders.
Investigators have obtained warrants for Frank M. Young Jr., 33, and Nicholas J. Pritchett, 24, after they learned the two failed to re-register or verify their address as required by law.
Young is a Tier III, or high-risk offender, convicted in 1995 of unlawful sexual contact where the victim was between 12 and 15 years of age. He is described as a black man standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 247 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Pritchett is a Tier II, or medium risk offender, last known to be living in the Pinewood Acres Mobile Home Park. He was convicted in 2012 of unlawful sexual contact where the victim was between 1 and 11 years of age. He is described as standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 162 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
