Department of Correction authorities are asking the public's help in capturing walk away Colby Butler.

Officers with the Delaware Department of Correction are looking for Colby Butler, 27, who left the Morris Community Corrections Center, Dover, on an authorized pass and has failed to return. Butler left the facility Feb. 14, said Department of Correction spokesman John R. Painter. Butler, whose last known address was in Dover, is described as a black man standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He is known to wear a mustache and beard. Butler was serving a sentence for a probation violation based on an earlier theft charge. Anyone with information on Butler’s whereabouts is asked to call (800) 542-9524,or their local police department, Painter said.
