Hosts, the Dover Central Middle School boys team, defeated Woodbridge 35-28. Dover was led by Thomas Hoskins' 21 points. Dover started the game on a 14-0 run before Woodbridge narrowed the margin to 18-16 at the half. But Dover and Hoskins were too tough in the second half and took home the victory.

Also on the boys side, Fifer Middle defeated Beacon Middle 36-28. Dajaun Williams scored 11 points for Fifer while Ian Robinson led Beacon with 13.

On the girls' side, Dover also topped Woodbridge. Ja'Carra Jackson scored 14 points in the 35-27 win. Later, the Beacon girls improved to 11-0 with a 43-22 win over Providence Creek Academy.
