  • Harrington police arrested a 37-year-old Harrington resident on Feb. 2 following an argument resulting in an offensive touching charge.
    Patrol officers responded to a complaint of offensive touching at a residence in the first block of Ward Street in Harrington, where officers contacted an adult female victim.
    Officers determined that the victim and the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Noble N. Dill, were involved in an argument. Officers also determined that Noble assaulted the victim during the argument, causing minor injuries, said police spokesman Lt. Earl K. Brode.
    Dill was taken into custody and transported to the Harrington Police Department for processing.
    Dill was charged with one count of offensive touching, arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on $500 unsecured bond.
