Eva La Rue and her husband Joe Cappuccio are divorcing after three years of marriage, People reports.
Cappuccio cited irreconcilable differences when he filed papers on Jan. 3. He also requested that the CSI: Miami star not receive spousal support.
La Rue and Cappuccio, a seafood businessman, married in Mexico in June 2010. This was her third trip down the aisle. She has a 12-year-old daughter, Kaya, from her second marriage to All My Children star John Callahan.
La Rue referenced her split from Cappuccio Thursday in a revealing tweet. "Emotional time 4 Me and Kaya-Really tough extenuating circumstances-Adult children w/addiction can tear a marriage apart.Thnk u 4 ur support," she wrote.
La Rue most recently guest-starred on Criminal Minds.
