  • The Harrington Police Department arrested Victor J. Marquex and Shaquay O. Shreeves, both of Bronx, N.Y., after a domestic dispute that led to the parking lot of Hardees on Milford-Harrington Highway.
Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in progress around 3:30 p.m. Jan. 16, where they located Marquex and Shreeves at the Hardees parking lot, located in the 7200 block of Milford-Harrington Highway.
Officers determined that Marquex and Shreeves were traveling together in the same vehicle when and argument resulted in both suspects assaulting one another and pulling into the Hardee’s parking lot, said spokesman Lt. Earl K. Brode.
Both were taken into custody and transported to the Harrington Police Department for processing.
Marquex and Shreeves were then arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 2, each was charged with offensive touching and both were released pending a future court appearance.
