  • Several Dover area schools have already announced plans to begin school two hours later than normal on Thursday, due to the impact of Winter Storm Janus.
    The following area schools have announce two hour delays:
    Caesar Rodney District Schools
    Polytech High School
    Lake Forest School District
    Campus Community School (after school activities and aftercare canceled)
    Capital School District (There will be no pre-K program tomorrow at Capital)
    The following area schools will be closed tomorrow:
    Positive Outcomes Charter School
    Positive Outcomes staff will report at 10 a.m. Students will still have their regularly scheduled half day on Friday and Monday Jan. 27 will now be a full day.
