Delaware State Police are looking for sex offender David P. Caldwell, who allegedly has failed to register his address as required by law.
Police searching for wanted sex offender Delaware State Police are advising Dover and Camden residents of a homeless sex offender who is living somewhere in the area. The man is David Paul Caldwell, 26, who was convicted in August 2001 for second-degree rape. Warrants for Caldwell have been issued for his failure to register or re-register his address with law enforcement authorities, as required by law. Caldwell is a Tier III, or high risk offender. He is described as a white man, standing 6 feet 1 inch in height, weighing 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has scars on his left wrist, back and right shoulder and drives a black Chevrolet Malibu.
