Paul Lewis knows creating good music is a marathon, not a sprint. And so do his fans.
"Bag of Rain," the long-anticipated third solo record from the enigmatic singer-songwriter/producer, has hit the ground running like a man possessed.
The record spans several years of Lewis' search for peace, prosperity and the never-ending learning process that is being an artist, husband, father and human being. "Bag of Rain" is Lewis' most mature and visceral exploration of the journeys that have led him to this point in his life. He puts it all out there as he explores his victories and his defeats instead of shying away from them.
Bring your umbrellas because there's a good chance a "Bag of Rain" will fall onto Fraizer's Restaurant during Lewis' performance at the cozy venue tonight.

The well-mannered reporter and superhero Clark Kent soars back to live-action film in director Zack Snyder's "Man of Steel."
The film follows a young alien boy, Kent (portrayed by Henry Cavill), who learns he has extraordinary powers and isn't an earthling, but rather a native of the planet Krypton. As a young man, he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent to Earth to do. But the hero in him, Superman, must emerge if he's to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind.
Page 2 of 2 - "Man of Steel" will screen at the Dover Public Library on Saturday evening.
The film features stars such as Russell Crowe (Jor-El), Laurence Fishburn (Perry White) and Kevin Costner (Jonathan Kent).
Unlike previous Superman films that landed on the big screen, "Man of Steel" is the first to see the hero ditch his traditional underwear-over-his-tights costume. His new outfit is inspired by DC Comics' New 52, a relaunching of DC's line of monthly comic books that features a number of characters such as Superman, Wonder Woman and Nightwing in new threads. The New 52 launched in 2011.
