  • An Elkton, Md. man was arrested and charged with his fourth offense DUI Saturday evening, after becoming disorderly at the McDonalds, located at 1704 East Lebanon Road, Dover.
Shortly after 6 p.m., Delaware State Police troopers began receiving calls from motorists reporting an intoxicated driver operating a 1996 Lincoln Town Car in the Dover area, said DSP spokesman Cpl. John Day. Around 6:45 p.m., troopers responded to the McDonalds on East Lebanon Road after employees reported the same vehicle in the drive-through with the driver harassing employees and threatening to ram other vehicles.
When police arrived, they found the driver of the Town Car, Bryan Gunther, 48, inside the restaurant acting disorderly. He was taken into custody and a search of his vehicle resulted in the recovery of 6.1 grams of marijuana, Day said.

Gunther was transported to Delaware State Police Troop 3 and determined to be under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, Day said.
He was charged with fourth offense DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended or revoked, disorderly conduct and several traffic charges.
Gunther was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $20,403 cash bail.
