The 2013 Fringe Festival Wilmington is going strong, showcasing unconventional and experimental art across 13 venues in downtown Wilmington this entire weekend.
One of those events you won't want to miss is a performance by musician and storyteller Andrew Potter, who'll perform his enticing one-man show, "The Road to High Street," Friday night at Lincoln Square Green.
Seated with a guitar and microphone, Potter leads audiences through a series of stories, songs and video, and a constant flow of imagery – alternating between the poignant, the hilarious and the bizarre.
This performance is based on Potter's experiences as part of the comedy juggling duo, The High Street Circus. From living in a beer tank to winning awards and traveling the world, "The Road to High Street" tells the story of two successful street performers through digital media and music.
Potter's final performance of "The Road to High Street" is Sunday.

Sizzling Celtic band Burning Bridget Cleary will warm up Kenton with a private house show at the Cooldog Concert Series on Saturday.
BBC's new album, "Pressed for Time," is a mix of folk and traditional Celtic music that's results in a colorful and enjoyable record. The new album, released last summer, reveals a band focused on delivering tight arrangements and grand soundscapes, while maintaining a vibe that feels organic.
Based in the Lehigh Valley/Philadelphia, Pa., BBC has played hundreds of shows along the east coast, presenting their high-energy at venues that include the Philadelphia Folk Festival and World Café Live in Philadelphia, and the Tin Angel.
In 2011, Burning Bridget completed a weeklong tour of Ireland where they performed at seven different venues from Dublin to Galway. While there, the band visited the rural Tipperary cottage of their namesake, Bridget Cleary, who's known as the last witch burned in Ireland in the late 1800s.

Uncle Fester, Pugsley and the rest of their bizarre relatives will perform in the musical comedy "The Addams Family" at the Dupont Theatre in Wilmington this entire weekend.
The final show date is Sunday.
"The Addams Family" features a new original story in which the enthusiastic father Gomez Addams is having his worst nightmare; his daughter , Wednesday Addams, who's the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a nice young man from a descent family. To make matters worse, Wednesday is trusting Gomez to keep her new lover a secret from her mom, Morticia.
