Joshua M. James, a 25-year-old of Felton man, was arrested by Natural Resources Police from Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Agents of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control after he allegedly fired a pistol at a sign from the window of a vehicle on a road.
James was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, first degree reckless endangering (felony), driving under the influence and stopping, standing or parking on a roadway. He was arraigned via video at Justice of the Peace Court 11 in New Castle County and was on $17,000 unsecured bond, with conditions including a curfew and surrender of all weapons, pending trial at a later date.
