  • Mark Eashum, of Camden, won $50,000 from the Delaware Lottery after playing the Lottery's Instant Game $50,000 Richer.
Eashum, 54, plans to use a portion of his winnings to take his two granddaughters, ages five and seven, to Disney World. He purchased his winning ticket at Woodside's Uncle Willie's, located at 5485 S. DuPont Highway.
I sat there a while in silent disbelief,” he said. “Then the five-year-old asked me, ‘Papa, are you ok?’ I told her that I was fine, but just won $50,000.” His granddaughter’s immediate response to her grandfather was, “We are going to Disney World!”
Eashum claimed his $50,000 top prize at Lottery headquarters in Dover on Oct. 4.
