  • Frederick S. Wasylkowski, Jr. of Milford passed away Monday October 7, 2013 at Kent General Hospital. He was 62. Mr. Wasylkowski was born April 4, 1951 in Dover, Delaware to the late Frederick S. Wasylkowski, Sr. and Ruth G. Boone Wasylkowski. He served in the United States Marines for 2 years. Mr. Wasylkowski worked at the Power Plant in Dover as an instrument technician for 24 years. He was an avid duck hunter, enjoyed fishing and nature, owned and trained Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, and he especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughter, Sandy Ann Wasylkowski. Mr. Wasylkowski is survived by his son, Fred Waski, III and his wife Jenn of Magnolia; daughters, Catherine Ellison of Delmar, Sharon Glovick and her husband Greg of Hartly, Michelle Lyon and her husband Dan of Concord, NC; brothers, Russell Harvey and his wife Shirley of Ladysmith, Va, Charles Wasylkowski of Dover, Robert Wasylkowski of Bowers Beach, Michael Wasylkowski of Magnolia; sisters, Shirley McDougall and her husband Thomas of Georgetown, BJ Waski - Tryon of Rehoboth, and Sandy Wasylkowski of Dover; ten grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
