Four people were arrested on Tuesday, following a month long investigation by the Delaware State Police Kent County drug unit into a drug dealing operation out of a home in Felton.
After obtaining a search warrant State Police began to search the home in the 7000 of South Dupont Highway at around 6 p.m. last night.
When police entered the home Jessica Lobaccaro, 31 of Felton, was in the process of flushing drugs down a toilet, police said.
Lobaccaro, 35-year-old Felton resident Kenneth M. Collins, 26-year-old resident Jade M. Diana and a 15 year old boy were all taken into custody. In their search police uncovered 144 bags of heroin, weighing roughly 2.8 grams, as well as $120 in suspected drug profits, syringes and other drug paraphernalia, according to police.
All four subjects were transported back to State Police Troop three. Lobaccaro was processed for, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was incarcerated at Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institute on $27,000.00 cash bond.
Collins and Diana were both processed for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released on criminal summons.
The 15 year old, who was processed for possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, was released to the custody of a parent pending a Family Court appearance.
