A Dover man, on probation after a drug conviction, was arrested after police found drugs and cash in his home.
Jaaron T. Tolson, 22, was charged with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, said Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier.
Members of the Kent County Governor's Task made the arrest shortly before 11 p.m. Sept. 24 while on State Circle in the Capitol Park area, Fournier said.
The task force, along with Probation and Parole officers, were there to do a curfew check on Tolson, Fournier said. They took Tolson into custody as he was leaving a vehicle next to his house and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
A search of the house turned up 13 bags of heroin and more than $5,000 in suspected drug money.
Tolson was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7, Dover, and committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, on $5,100 secured bond.
