    The winner of the $400 million Powerball last week stepped forward anonymously. The man, who hails from the Columbia, S.C., area, bought the winning ticket by chance. He went inside a gas station because his wife wanted him to buy hot dog buns, but the store didn't have any, so he bought $20 worth of Powerball tickets instead.  Watercooler talk

    New York is cracking down on companies that write fake endorsements for themselves online. After an extensive investigation, New York fined 19 companies a total of $350,000 for writing false reviews on sites such as Yelp, Google and Yahoo.
