The First State Heritage Park, 375 S. New St., Dover will host its Dark Dover program on Oct. 11 and 18.
The 45-minute program is offered at 7:15 and 8:30 p.m. The 18th century judge Samuel Chew and the murdered servant Cooch Turner are just two of the specters who will make their appearance on the tour through the Dover Green. Unusual twists include an unexpected re-telling of the Poison Candy Murder tale from the point of view of the victim's deceitful husband who attempts to clear his name.
Admission is $10 per person. Pre-registration is required and spaces are limited.
