The Harrington Police Department has arrested a Farmington woman, identified as Erin Renee Boone, 27, after she failed to re-register her address after moving.
Boone, who had been living in Harrington, had moved to Farmington, but had failed to register the change with the State Bureau of Identification, said police spokesman Lt. Earl Brode.
Boone was arrested at her residence in Farmington, Brode said, and charged with failure to re-register as a sex offender. She then was released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
Boone is a Tier II, or moderate risk, sex offender, who was convicted in 2009 of fourth-degree rape where the victim was between 12 and 15 years of age.
