Dover Police are looking for a woman who forced a 91-year-old woman into giving her money at knifepoint. The robbery took place at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 13, in the Dover Country Club apartment complex, said police spokesman Lt. Daniel McKeown. The suspect, described as a black woman, met the victim inside the hallway of her apartment building and forced her inside her apartment, McKeown said. Once inside, the suspect armed herself with a kitchen knife and demanded money, which the victim handed over. The suspect then fled eastbound on foot. She is between 20 and 30 years of age, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build, and was wearing blue jeans with a pattern on the front and a bright red/orange bandanna over her head, McKeown said.
