A Camden-area man, previously arrested on rape charges, now is facing 25 counts of dealing in child pornography. Jason S. Anker, 32, was arrested June 17 and jailed on 22 counts of rape and a single count of unlawful sexual contact. During their investigation, Delaware State Police detectives seized computers from Anker's home and subjected them to forensic examination by the state's High Technology Crimes Unit, according to the affidavit of probable cause released by Justice of the Peace Court 7. One video and 24 images of child pornography, as defined by Delaware law, were found on the computer. In addition, a search of Anker's car, which was impounded upon his arrest, turned up 17 plastic baggies whose contents tested positive for heroin totaling 0.425 grams. Anker was charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Secured bond on the additional charges was set at $1,252,000; Anker remains jailed at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna.
