  • Dover Police are looking for three men who broke into a local home and kidnapped the occupant.
    The incident took place at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sept. 10, at a house in the 100 block of Mitscher Road, Dover Heights, said police spokesman Capt. Tim Stump. The police investigation indicated three armed men forced their way into the home and demanded money from the 37-year-old victim; they later forcibly removed him from the home, Stump said.
    The victim returned, unharmed, at approximately 7 a.m.
    The suspects were described as three black men, wearing all-black clothing and bandanas covering their faces.
