A Dover man, identified as Carson Leone, 22, has been arrested after he allegedly fired a weapon inside a home in the 200 block of North Governor’s Avenue.
The incident took place at approximately 1:15 a.m. July 31, said Dover Police spokesman Capt. Tim Stump, because Leone had been engaged in an argument with his sister and a friend. Leone allegedly used an AR-15 rifle to fire a shot into the floor near where the others were seated, Stump said.
In making the arrest, police also seized three firearms from the home.
Leone was charged with two counts of reckless endangering, three counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited and a single count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
He was released from custody after posting a $22,250 secured bond.
