Grey Sail Brewing Company of Rhode Island, like Foolproof Brewing Company, is trying to expand craft beer in Rhode Island.

jennyThe Flying Jenny Extra Pale Ale, a hoppy pale ale that borders being an IPA, begins with strong floral hops. Once you take a sip, you get more floral flavors and citrusy flavors, balanced out with a nice, biscuit-like malt backbone. At 6 percent ABV, it’s not overly strong, and it has a nice body, along with a nice head.

For can lovers, Flying Jenny is available in 12-ounce cans.
